DUTIES AND TAXES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
Please note that the customer is responsible for paying customs, duties, and/or VAT. Once the package leaves the UK, we have no control over how much these charges will be. If a package is refused and we are charged for returned shipping and/or duties, that amount will be deducted from the original order before a refund is credited.
MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN OR LOST BY THE COURIER, WHAT DO I DO?
If your package is lost by the courier during delivery, we take a full responsibility for that. It will be either reshipped to you or the full amount will be refunded as per your request. Please contact customercare@siennaalexander.com as soon as possible.
We are not reliable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully delivered - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen packages are non-refundable.
